The 8 storey building will help the Institute better execute its mandate through:

1. Hosting cost-efficient trainings;

2. Meeting venues;

3. Meeting venues;

4. The Governance and Ethics Academy;

5. Library Services;

6. Space for other members usage.

Proposed 8 - storey Governance and Ethics Hub

The entire project is estimated to cost Kes 175,000,000, with phase one costing seventy (70) million shillings.

The cost of one floor is Kes 25,000,000

Our members have already committed a total of Kes 8,000,000 in cash or in-kind donations.

The Council has also resolved through its ordinary internal resources will contribute Kes 20,000,000
