CS William Kiema is a Certified Governance Auditor, Public Policy Analyst, Academic, Consultant and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with more than five years’ experience in Corporate Secretarial Practice, Legal and Corporate Compliance and Advisory services.

He holds an LLM in International Trade Law from University of Cape Town and recently concluded his PhD in Air and Aviation Law from the same University.

CS William provides bespoke company secretarial services as a company secretary in several private companies and multinationals. He is also currently engaged as a Governance Auditor in several State Corporations with three active governance audit assignments.

He is also a member of academic faculty in a leading law school in Kenya and an occasional guest lecturer at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
